My journey on this path started over a decade ago when my family needed to learn better nutrition and lifestyle practices in order to take control of our health and to create the healthy future I so desired for them!!!

After becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I became obsessed with continuing my education so I could not only transform my families health but for me to be able to support the transformation  of health in others!!!
